30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (PDFs, guides)
- Opened supplements or consumables (for health and safety reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at harp.business0920@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at harp.business0920@gmail.com with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
