DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase or believe the product was misrepresented, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligible for refund if:

• Technical issues prevent access to the product
• Product content significantly differs from the description
• Duplicate purchase made in error

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Process: Contact support@harpathletics.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund—your choice.
